Today’s topic is incredibly important. We’re talking about how to stop a heart attack. This is not meant to replace your medical care or medication—check with your doctor before implementing what I say.

The first thing you would do if you suspect signs of a heart attack is call 911. You may also want to take aspirin (75 to 100 mg) and nitroglycerine (if you have a prescription).

A heart attack is a cramp of the heart due to a lack of oxygen. The main artery to the heart, the coronary artery, is either constricted or spasming.

How to support your heart during a heart attack:
1. Take vitamin E (tocotrienols)
2. Increase your nitric oxide (slow your breathing and breathe through your nose)
3. Take garlic, cod liver oil, or nattokinase
