Hi Friends! How to know which things are food for any species? You can find the first three guidelines in my previous video here Today we continue on this topic with another three guidelines for optimal food choices.
#4 To be food for species a substance must make valuable nutrients available in its natural state. For example, grass has a lot of nutrients, but we can't digest grass, so people juice it instead. But if grass was food for our species, we wouldn't need a machine to extract nutrients, we were able to simply eat it. If we can't eat something in its natural state, then it's not food for us.
#5 To be food for a species a substance must be both - edible and eaten RAW. Twenty five million other species on this planet eat raw. We are the only species out of 25 million, that don't. What's wrong with cooked food will you ask?! All cooking creates toxic compounds, destroys nutrients, destroys enzymes, takes most of the water out of your food and causes disease.
#6 To be food for a species a substance must appeal to that species' senses. Every species is naturally attracted to its diet. Our natural diet 100% consists of things we would be attracted to eat in their natural state. Anything else - is not what belongs in your body.
