These are simple ways to improve your digestion, which will help to optimize your health and vitality. Number one is to eat one fruit at a time. Every time you combine two different things you are impacting how well your body can digest, absorb and assimilate. Number two is not to overeat. Ultimately, the key is to get to the point where you can just listen to your body's signals and stop eating when your body says that's enough. If you are overeating at every meal the way most people do, you are gonna be functioning at a much lower level of vitality than you will if you don't do that.
