Hi Friends! What do I think about having literally just one bite of cooked food? Cooked food is always harmful. The less of it you consume, the less damage there is. If you can have a one bite and stop there, that's probably going to be ok. Remember, cooked foods are usually highly addictive. So most people have hard time stopping. This is why I've always said it's much better to eat 100% raw. If you are trying to take your health and vitality to the next level, as you are making that journey, you don't wanna make compromises and take detours. Once you get there, it's a lot easier. Personally, I enjoy the gourmet raw food. I feel it the next day, but I recover really quickly. For people, trying to get healthier and/or coming off of a prolonged water fast, it is extremely important to continue doing excellent choices for their health!
