In this video, we’re going to talk about a compound called EDTA.

EDTA is a chelator. Chelators help bind to and remove certain metals and minerals, like calcium, iron, magnesium, mercury, and lead.

If you have too much of a metal or mineral, like mercury, you can use EDTA to lower it.

However, EDTA will also lower the minerals you need in your body. So it’s important that you replace any minerals that you need using a supplement or by consuming mineral-rich foods.

If you don’t replace the minerals your body needs, you may experience side effects such as:
• Arrhythmias
• Hypocalcemia
• Hypotension
• Prolonged bleeding
• Cramps

In summary, you can use EDTA to take out metals and minerals that you have too much of, as long as you also put back the minerals you need.

EDTA has many health benefits. It...
1. Helps decalcify arteries
2. Reduces biofilms (these can protect harmful microbes)
3. Reduces ROS (oxidation)
4. Reduces high blood pressure
5. Reduces high iron
6. Reduces high calcium
7. Reduces high copper

Make sure you check with your doctor before taking EDTA—especially if you have a preexisting condition, like heart disease.
