Hi Friends! My formula of when and how much to eat is very simple: Eat when you're hungry. Stop when you're satisfied. Repeat as necessary. We are diurnal tropical animals. So ideally we are eating when the sun is out. We're made to be awake and active during the day, and resting at night. There may be exceptions to this, there may be times where you've got a social event and you are eating later at night. But remember it's the consistent choices that you make. Ideally you would eat by 6 o'clock. In terms of how much, after completing a long water fast it should be easy for you to tune in to and trust the messages your body is sending you.
