Hi Friends! Food addiction is a highly controversial concept, though most studies suggest it exists. It works similarly to drug addiction. Food addiction is thought to involve the same neurotransmitters and areas of the brain as drug addiction. So it's the key to get your body clean in order to stop the cravings. It's also very important to get clear about what are you committed to, what do you want to achieve and create in your life. If you do that, then it's easy. That's how it was for me, because I was strongly motivated. I was very sick at 23, I wanted my health back. I was committed to eat the diet, that actually supports my health. Later on, when I had my health back, I made some mistakes. I felt bad. And quickly realized, that I shouldn't have done that. I got the message really clearly. Now, the cleaner your body is the more you notice. There are people who can eat fast food regularly and probably feel fine. How we react to substances depends on how clean your system is.
