Hi Friends! You are not going to see liquid water until you've got 5 molecules of water or more clustered together. When we drink water, the water is typically gonna be 25-35 molecule clusters. But the water in our perfect plant foods - 5-6 molecules clustered together. The smaller the cluster, the easier it is for the body to get to the water. Water in fruits and vegetables is surrounded by molecules that facilitate the entry of water into cells, which is why it is referred to as cellular water. Cellular water is absorbed slowly, providing you with lasting hydration. Most foods contain some water but plant foods have more. When you consume water through fruits and vegetables you also get, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents and fibre. Cooking reduces the water content so eat your fruits and vegetables always raw and whole. In my experience, as long as I am eating perfectly, I need very little water, now that my body is clean.
