Hi Friends! This is my friend Jeff Brockmeyer aka Jeff Juices, who did a 19-day water fast at Tanglewood in July-August of 2021 and had astonishing results. One of the greatest yet hardest things he has ever done in his life. Fasting on water only for 19 days. Most people will not have near the difficulty doing a water fast as he did.
