Hi Friends! My recommendation for most of you is don’t eat nuts. Your body is going to be so efficient after you completed prolonged water fasting, you're not gonna need concentrated sources of fat or protein. And if you eat them, you're gonna feel worse, not better. So how much of that is ok to eat? I would say none! The less you eat, the better off you are! That's my opinion!
