Hi Friends! I no longer fast unless I have something specific to heal. Once you get your body really clean, you won't need to keep fasting to cleanse your body. But I do fast relatively regularly, because I seem to injure myself with some frequency. I still engage in activities, where I hurt myself sometimes, whether it's motorcycles, or quadricycles, or surfing, mountain biking, or rock climbing. And when I injure myself I fast to heal. So I fast on average probably once a year for 5-6 days. Sometimes it's a week or ten days, or even longer, and sometimes only 2-3 days depending on what happens. When I'm fasting, I'll drink a couple of glasses of water a day usually. When I'm not fasting, I might drink only 2 or 3 glasses a week. Hope you find this useful!
