Hi Friends! Many years ago I realized that I needed to find a short hand way of sharing this information to people. I came up with the guidelines for optimal food choices. Each of these guidelines is gonna start with the same phrase - to be food for a species a substance MUST. In today's video we'll take a look at first 3 guidelines. And the 1st guideline is - to be food for a species a substance must provide valuable nutrients (no empty calories). 2nd one - to be food for a species a substance must be nontoxic to the organism. #3 - to be food for a species a substance must be edible by itself.
